Exactly what makes her so great

The way she enjoys torturing the victims of Muzan, who were once humans, and killing them horribly with poison.
Nothing great about that.

You were literally given a backstory to how little a victim Sister Spider was. To how petty and self-serving she was. Shinobu isn't exactly right in the head for going the way she's going, but she is exacting vengeance on a demon she heard gleefuly declare to wrapped up Murata she would be feeding on him. And these demons' blood demon arts reflect parts of their character. You think someone who'd slowly melt a person or any other living being away to feed on them is/was a decent person themselves?!
Urokodaki-sensei is a good person and a wise DS and teacher, but he's still alive to educate future DS partly because he hasn't met the real monsters, and Muzan is not the only one of them.

Maybe consider how Shinobu ended up in the first episode. She was trying to kill Tanjiro because of Muzan's evil cells.
And that's just the beginning. The longer they remain alive as demons, the worse they get, but when they die, the cells no longer affect them, and you see their true selves.
Again. The demons may seem evil, but the demon part is Muzan's cells, that he forced on those people.
If you pay attention to what you are watching, you can easily see it. It may feel easier if you believe the demons are just monsters, as if they chose to become demons, but it's not true.
All the demons are victims of Muzan.

Meanwhile the Hashira are not affected by anything like that, and they still have twisted personalities, and their mindless dogma. They instantly wanted to kill Tanjiro all on their own. Arguably that is also Muzan's fault, because he broke them and turned them twisted with the endless war he created, but at least they are making their own choices, unlike the demons.

Also, Muzan's cells don't make anyone "evil", that's an infantile belief, they only bring to the surface the darkest and worst parts in anyone. I paid attention to what I've watched and read every single time in this series, even in the best humans he would at least push to the surface and exacerbate their self-preservation for the first kill.
If you pay attention to what you're watching you'll see that even among the demons who cried when they were dying, most of them only repented for killing their own families or putting themselves up for hell at Muzan's mercy. The Tsuzumi demon cried because Tanjiro appreciated his "art", not because he was feeling sorry for killing anyone. The Hand Demon cried because he may have killed his brother and their family, not Urokodaki's students, any human he'd fed on, or other examinees. The Sister Spider cried for getting caught and punished for her murders, not because she was feeling sorry either, even Rui's truest regret was killing his own parents, not what he did to everyone after.

Shinobu was trying to slay Nezuko, because they had orders to slay all demons on the mountain and nobody had informed the Corps of what Urokodaki and Giyu did( that's why the episode title is "Against Corps' Rules"), that is spare Nezuko and even take her and her human brother in and associate them with the DSC. Urokodaki himself waited for 2 years to even inform the leader of his choice, and that was when the Corps had found out about the siblings already. And you're forgetting that Nezuko had to have an extra layer of self-control forced upon her by Urokodaki, via the suggestion exercise. That means, she's one of the demons who have to be forced to abstain, and even that is extremely hard to do and could get in the way of their missions. Even Nezuko, as sweet and kind as she would be generally, isn't immune to desperate bouts of self-preservation that could make her a murderess down a road she can't come back from.

And right after that I saw how much worse some of the other Hashira were. I will never forgive three of them, which were the vermin who wanted to immediately execute Tanjiro for an insane reason.
And the worst of them was the white-haired bastard.

I hope it happens in the future, because he is just a monster worse than any demon.

While we the viewers know Nezuko is innocent, she is the first innocent demon they've ever met or heard of, and their personal experience/traumas go(es) to the extreme opposite point to what Nezuko is. I was extremely angry with Sanemi and Obanai when I first ever saw them, I'm still "ehhh" about Gyomei, Tengen and Kyojuro's reactions at this point, but I can't fully comprehend Buddhism(so that's why I can't see eye to eye with Gyomei in this), Tengen is whatever to me, regardless of his arc, and Kyojuro is a weirdo who grew up in a ds family and career, from craddle he must've learned, even indirectly, just how awful demons can be. But, most of the demon slayers, especially the hashira, carry heavy traumatic baggage related to demons. And most will feel and react vindictively when demons are around, just like Shinobu.
Aside from Kyojuro and Mitsuri, everyone else is a demon attack and other horrors survivor.
Just cause we see some backstories for some of the demons Tanjiro fights(not all), it doesn't mean that everyone save Muzan was an innocent/tricked human before their transformation( the temple demon, the swamp demon, brother spider, sister spider, all come across as genuine psychos and there'll be more where they came from), nor that they had Nezuko's self-control when their wounded kin was around.

These idiots know about Muzan and his cells, so if they weren't idiots, they could figure out that they are just killing other humans who were infected by Muzan.
To call it revenge is insane and stupid.

Any statement you make about how evil and psychotic a demon seems to be, based on seeing what they were like as demons, is invalid.
If you have an example of someone being bad before they became a demon, then that is evidence against them. Innocent until proven guilty.
Most of the demons are certainly victims, and should be treated as such until proven otherwise.

Okay, if you want to defend murderers, something even Tanjiro doesn't do, go ahead. But it's the other way around, most of the demons are criminals, there are only 3, I repeat, only 3 demons who never killed anyone in this entire series, even under the highest temptation. Two have been introduced already, one is a demon for too little time to kill anyone, the rest of them either are unrepenting murderers and psychopaths since before or after their transformation, or choose to repent and face the consequences to their crimes, like Rui did, that being death and hell(hell is a real place in Kimetsu, regardless what the readers or viewers personally believe). Because they still killed people/ will kill.
Regardless of Muzan forcing them to become demons or giving them a choice, once their transformation is complete, they regain their ability to reason and that means they have the option to die by sunlight if they want to avoid killing anyone, or look for alternatives. No demon aside from the exceptions I hinted at tried to take the higher road, hell, 2 of those exceptions have to be forced once or twice to abstain. So, whether they were psychos even as humans or merely cowardly egotistical bastards easy to tip over after, most of them are murderers. And some of them have forced their human relatives to kill them, in order for the very children of the family to maybe survive.

She is not exactly wrong, but she doesn't exactly mean it either. She's teasing him exactly because she cares about him and tries to challenge him into being more open and friendly with other people. He has his reasons to keep people at bay, she has her reasons to think it's unhealthy and she is right about that, it's just that she has terrible methods of persuasion.

The mini Shinobu actually knocked Tanjiro out.. Tanjiro... The guy with a lead skull. She was also at the selection exam. Shes got monster strength 0_0

Inosuke scene was a nice touch to his character, he thinks he isnt as strong as he though he was. Dont forget this guy is self taught and only joined the Demon Slayer Corps because he beat up a random Slayer who dared entered his mountain. If he gets some proper training, who knows how strong he will become.

The Hashira shot was incredible. They all look so cool.
